The Pella City Council is holding a public hearing on March 17th to approve the upcoming fiscal year budget. Assistant City Administrator Corey Goodenow says the 2021 fiscal year will be a planning session for many key initiatives, and also largely dominated by the upcoming Pella Telecommunications Utility.
