At the beginning of the season, Twin Cedars Boys Basketball Squad wanted to improve in three key areas. The Sabers wanted to get better at communication, effort, and rebounding. Coach Blake McWilliam tells KRLS Sports they did improve in those areas and other facets of the game.
McWilliams:
“I ‘d say we improved in all areas. The things I always talk about are communicating on defense and just working hard on the defensive end of the floor, rebounding and being patient on the offensive end were three things I wanted to work on by the end of the year.”
He adds now the trick is to work on individual parts of the game during the off-season so the Sabers can improve their win total from four, which was the Sabers number victories.
