The area that Twin Cedars Boys Basketball Blake McWilliams wants his returning players to work on his ball-handling. The Sabers were plagued with turnovers all season and McWilliams tells KRLS Sports one thing to correct that is do ball handling drills during the off-season.
McWilliams:
“The biggest thing is the ball handling things. If you’re dribbling to your left, you dribble with your left hand, and when you’re dribbling into a crown, keep the ball low away from people. Working on those kinds of things and understanding what they need to do in certain situations is going to be a key to our success next season.”
The Sabers averaged 15 turnovers per game this season and went f4-18 for the year.
