West 3rd Street in Pella between Union and Liberty Street is closed to all through traffic during reconstruction of a water main. A one block detour route is currently signed and posted. The closure will last up to eight weeks, although the Pella Public Works Department reports it may be open intermittently. Contact Pella Public Works for more information.
