The Melcher-Dallas Girls Basketball Squad had its highest seed in the Bluegrass Conference Tournament in several seasons when the Saints were slotted in as the third seed this season. While the Saints did not win that quarterfinal game, Coach Keley Goff was happy with how the conference season went this year.

Goff:
“Very proud of that higher seed because of where we were sitting at the conference. We had a good seed and we finished off with that fourth place in the top half of an 11 team conference.”

Goff hopes to contend for the conference title next year in the regular season and conference tournament.
