The Indianola Police Department was involved with a barricaded subject in the 800 block of East First Avenue Wednesday. According to the Indianola Police Department, the subject, identified as Michael R. Beem, age 49 of Indianola, was arrested peacefully and surrendered voluntarily to police. Beem has been charged with Harassment in the 1st degree, and made an initial appearance in the Warren County Court Facilities.
