Funeral Services for Howard H. Brummel,88, formerly of Monroe, will be held Tuesday, March 10, 2020 at 11:00 am at Otley Reformed Church, Otley, Iowa. Interment will be made in the Evergreen Cemetery, Leighton. Visitation will begin after 3:00 pm Monday at Otley Reformed Church where the family will be present from 5:00 to 7:00 pm. Memorial contributions are suggested for Otley Reformed Church.
