rock-of-ages

The second showing of the Knoxville High School’s spring musical Rock of Ages, the High School Edition is tonight. Senior Lane Franck with the musical tells KNIA/KRLS News people who might not normally come to a musical should check out Rock of Ages because it has popular songs from the 80’s and songs people enjoyed as a child. Franck says the song is really light hearted, fun and energetic and he believes anyone who comes will have a good time enjoying the good music.

Prior to the showing the Junior Class After Prom Committee will host their third annual Spaghetti Supper Fundraiser. The dinner will begin at 5 p.m. at the high school with the show to follow at 7 p.m. The meal includes spaghetti, breadsticks, dessert and a drink for $7. Tickets will be available at the door the night of the event. Take-out meals and curbside service will also be provided for anyone who can not attend but would still like to enjoy a spaghetti dinner. Proceeds will be used for entertainment costs, game rentals, prizes and food for the After Prom event.
