The Pella and Pella Christian Boys Basketball teams are hoping to begin what will be a Tulip City Takeover of the 2020 Iowa High School State Boys Basketball Tournament.

The No. 7 seeded Eagles begin their tournament journey tonight when they take on No. 2 Treynor in the Class 2A quarterfinals. Coverage from Wells Fargo Arena begins at 6 p.m. on 92.1 KRLS, kniakrls.com, and the free KRLS mobile app.

No. 3 Pella opens against No. 6 Sergeant Bluff-Luton in the Class 3A opening round Tuesday afternoon. Pregame starts at 4:00 for the 4:30 p.m. opening tip in Des Moines.
