With the calendar showing March, it is not too far from the start of spring sports and the Knoxville Boys Soccer program is looking for its third trip to the state tournament and second straight after making the state quarterfinals last year. The Panthers will start off three straight non-conference matches all against Raccoon River Conference teams with two road games with Boone on April third and Carlisle April sixth, respectively. The Panthers home opener in Ken Locke Stadium will be against Bondurant-Farrar on April seventh. Another highlight on the schedule is a rematch with Pella, who the Panthers defeated to go to state, at Pella High Stadium on May 15th. The Panthers went 14-5 last season.
