The Knoxville Federated Garden Club is preparing for its annual Garden Gala. The Garden Gala will take place on Saturday, April 4th at Dyer Hudson Hall at the Marion County Fairgrounds. This year’s speakers include Paula Flynn speaking about “Conifer Gardening,” Dr Denny Schrock discussing “Showy Shrubs with Fantastic Foliage” and “Flowers and/or Fruits,” as well as Roger and Tracey Curnow speaking about the topic “He Shed-She Shed.” The Gala will run from 8:30 a.m. until 3:30 p.m. Registration is $40 and includes a lunch. The registration deadline is Saturday, March 21st with no late registrations or walk-ins accepted. All proceeds will go to support the Bessie Spaur Butterfly Garden, located south of the Knoxville Hospital and Clinics.
