The Groundbreaking Ceremony has been set for the Warren County Justice Center project to begin construction. Excavation has begun on an additional 4,000 sq ft of basement space on the square already, with another 4,000-6,000 being considered. The project will break ground on March 31st at 1pm, with all invited.
