With precautionary measures being taken throughout the country due to the spread of COVID-19, the Coal Ridge Church and Museum has announced their annual 5K Fun-Run and Wheel Barrow Race will move to a virtual format. According to Organizer Todd Rowland, the event will no longer be held at the church, and instead participants are asked to run on their own at a location of their choosing and send their times to the organizers so they can be eligible for prizes. The deadline to register for the run is still Wednesday, March 18th and packet pickup including shirts will still be held on Friday, April 3rd.
