Some of Iowa High School’s best basketball players compete in south central Iowa and on the airwaves of KNIA/KRLS.

The Iowa Print Sports Writers Association announced the 2020 All-State Basketball teams. The following local athletes earned recognition:

Kieren Nichols, Knoxville – 1st team Class 3A
Logan Shetterly, Pella – 2nd team Class 3A
Josh Van Gorp, Pella Christian – 3rd team Class 2A
Dan Jungling, Pella Christian- 3rd team Class 2A
AJ Toigo, Indianola – 3rd team Class 4A
