Pella Corporation has sent an employee home due to concerns over COVID-19. Public Relations and Brand Communications Manager Nicolle Picray released the following statement:

“We have learned of a team member that has symptoms compatible with COVID-19. Based on what we know about the situation, we are taking this matter seriously. We’ve asked the team member to self-isolate per the guidelines of the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. We are thoroughly disinfecting the work area and taking additional preventative measures to ensure the health and safety of our team members.”

No further details have been released, and KNIA/KRLS will be interviewing Pella Corporation Communications Staff for additional information Thursday.
