While the distance events may be full of freshmen and sophomores for the Twin Cedars Girls Track and Field Squad, the sprint races should be a lot of returning experience for the Sabers. Coach Cam Parker tells KRLS Sports many of the races this season will have returning sprinters.

Parker:
“We’re going to lean on Chloe Swank, Brooke Roby and Harlee Stout for those sprint races; they’re going to command that 400 dow to the 100 races. I think keep us very competitive. I think we could be very competitive in the conference, and you never know in the district.”

Parker adds he had a lot of options when putting together relays for his team knowing there are several girls to choose from.
