Indianola Municipal Utilities has closed their customer service facility to the public, and are changing their procedures during the COVID-19 outbreak. IMU customer service staff are available by phone, and due to an increased call volume customers are encouraged to leave a voicemail. IMU customers are also encouraged to pay for services and view their account information online. New IMU customers or customers needing to set up service or transfer services to a new location should call, with new fibers customers being put on a waitlist for installation, with installations resuming once conditions improve.
