While many local residents are encouraged to keep supporting local businesses, the other part of the Pella economy taking a hit during COVID-19 is tourism. Pella Convention and Visitors Bureau Executive Director Jill Vande Voort says visitor traffic not coming to Pella during the month of April and during Tulip Time will be a big blow to try and overcome.
