A Tracy man was arrested for allegedly stealing alcohol from a residence in the 700 block of Parker Street in Tracy. According to court documents, on Tuesday, March 10th, law enforcement officers responded to a call in reference to a man stealing beer from a shop located at the residence. Video footage at the shop shows a male pulling objects that appeared to be bottles from the cooler. The victim stated to officers that a bottle of vodka was missing as well. The victim told officers they believe the person in the video to be 57-year-old Randal Beebe of Tracy, a known friend of the victim. Officers made contact with Beebe and discovered a shirt at his residence that matched the shirt the person was wearing in the video. Beebe was arrested and charged with two counts of burglary 3rd degree, a class D felony.
