The Knoxville Fire Department is answering the call from the Iowa Firefighters Association to turn on the lights on their trucks as a sign of strength and hope for all during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.

The public is encouraged to drive by the station at 7 p.m. tonight, and community members can also participate by turning on porch lights at the same time, especially with any red or blue lights as well.
