Several area athletes round out honorable mentions for the All KNIA/KRLS Girls Basketball teams, as voted on by the sports staff.

Malorie McKinney of Pleasantville averaged 10.4 points per game in her sophomore season and collected 186 rebounds.

The Bluegrass Conference announced its all-conference basketball teams this week Brooke Roby of Twin Cedars and Kynser Reed of Melcher-Dallas rounded out the honorable mentions for the All-KNIA/KRLS girls basketball team. was selected to the first team. Roby led the Sabers in scoring at 11.7 points per game and three pointers made with 32, and Reed led the Saints in scoring at 16 points per game, and both were first team All-Bluegrass Conference selections.
