Many coaches are disappointed to not have the season continue this spring. Melcher-Dallas Boys Track and Field Coach John Suntken tells KNIA Sports not only is he disappointed but the athletes are also affected as well…

Suntken:
“I was happy to see the level of disappointment because they were there to excel. Hopefully they’ll get that opportunity. In track you find out who you’re really are and it helps push you. I hope they get a chance but everybody’s in the same boat.”

Any and all practices and games are on hold until at least April 13th due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
