Another way of preparing for the 2020 football season the Twin Cedars coaching staff is doing as is most football coaches after they found out what the schedule was going to look like is to see who their opponents have coming back for this fall. Twin Cedars Coach Cam Parker, while awaiting the track and field season to get going, uses his time to do early scouting of his opponents.

Parker:
“Not knowing a lot about those teams, I’ve been more or less internet stalking those teams to see what they have coming back for stats. Some of those teams are going to take pretty good hits, I know one team is losing 15 seniors, and we’ve been playing Tri-County in JV so we know a little about what they have coming back.”

Montezuma, Lone Tree, Winfield-Mt. Union, and New London are the new teams on the Sabers schedule this season.
