The Knoxville Chamber of Commerce is reaching out to local businesses to better understand their needs during and after the COVID-19 pandemic.

All businesses regardless if they are a member of the Knoxville Chamber of Commerce or not are encouraged to take a short survey to give feedback about future plans and programming at the Knoxville Chamber of Commerce.

Director of the Knoxville Chamber of Commerce, Hannah Vander Veer tells KNIA/KRLS News the purpose of the survey is to help give the chamber more of an idea as to what programs are needed by local businesses as well as what is working best for them. Vander Veer says there is constant information being thrown at businesses and she wants to make sure they are not overloaded by that information. She says the survey will give the chamber a better grasp on what is needed by local businesses as well as how the chamber can continue to provide needed services and information.

The survey will be live on the Knoxville Chamber of Commerce website and social media pages until Wednesday, April 15th.
