The Warren County Board of Supervisors met in special session Friday morning.

The board approved the excavation of an additional 4,000sq ft of shell space in the basement, after initially approving 4,000sq ft in the original bid acceptance. The estimate of cost for the additional excavation is $418k. The excavation is expected to continue for the next several weeks.
