The Indianola City Council met in special session Thursday evening, discussing Mayor Kelly Shaw’s veto of the FY2021 budget. City Manager Ryan Waller provided a presentation on the budget regarding the property tax levy, which can be found below. The council unanimously voted to override the veto, and move forward with the previously approved budget. The City of Indianola budget is required to be filed to the state by April 30th.
