As local school districts come to terms with schools being closed for the remainder of the year, many are trying to find ways to honor the class of 2020 as graduation ceremonies are very much in doubt. Knoxville and Melcher-Dallas School Districts have recently begun posting Senior Spotlights to their social media pages to highlight each student individually. Pleasantville has also begun attaching Senior Spotlights to their district email which features three seniors each day and highlights their accomplishments as well. 

In addition to the Senior Spotlights from Knoxville, the Knoxville Community School District senior sponsors; Ms. Douglas and Mrs. Keefer along with Mr. Wilkins will host two virtual meetings for the Class of 2020 via Zoom on Thursday, April 23rd with the first at 1 p.m. and the second at 7 p.m. The meeting will allow the Class of 2020 to share their ideas for graduation and additional ways to celebrate the class of 2020.
