Helping Hands Food Pantry in Knoxville is asking the community for help as the pantry is in desperate need of masks according to Chuck Galeazzi with Helping Hands. Galeazzi tells KNIA/KRLS News he would like to be able to hand out masks to residents when they pick up their food on Monday’s food distribution day. He says if people can get a mask they might be able to make better ones as well as continue to educate others on the importance of wearing masks and staying socially distant.

Galeazzi says he has already been able to hand out close to 150 masks but says he needs between 800-1000 masks so that everyone who uses the pantry’s services can have a mask.  To hear the complete interview with Galeazzi tune in to today’s Let’s Talk Knoxville.
