All City of Pella offices, recreational facilities, and playgrounds will remain closed to the public until further notice. They were previously scheduled to reopen by May 1st, but has since been extended until an announcement is made. While facilities remain closed to walk-in traffic, city staff is available to assist members of the public via email or by phone. Requests for in person assistance must be made in advance and will be scheduled by appointment only. Visit https://www.cityofpella.com/directory.aspx for specific City department hours and contact information.
The Pella Police Department will remain open during this time with additional precautions in place. To lessen the risk of exposure when possible, the Police Department will be taking reports by phone. If an in-person visit to the Police Department is necessary, please use the intercom system by the marked door on the north side of the building near the overhead garage doors. Individuals needing emergency assistance should continue to call 911.
