With the spring sports season cancelled, KNIA/KRLS Radio is bringing listeners a special look at the students that make up our local high school teams.

Starting Monday, Spring Sports Spotlights will begin to air regularly throughout the day every Monday through Friday until June 26th on both 95.3 and 94.3 KNIA and 92.1 KRLS.

Athletes from Knoxville and Indianola will be featured on KNIA, and those from Pella, Pella Christian, and Knoxville on KRLS. Those who miss the features on the air can also find them online by clicking here, with special pages created to focus on the spring sports athletes of south central Iowa.

Interviews with athletes from PCM, Pleasantville, Melcher-Dallas, and Twin Cedars can still be heard on the Radio Sports Page every Wednesday at 6 p.m. on KNIA/KRLS, with many of the interviews highlighted for the Spring Sports Spotlights also re-airing during that show.
