A member of this year’s Tulip Court may miss the chance to perform the most. Courtney Chaplin is a senior at Pella High School and best known for her involvement in the Acapella show choir and musicals. Chaplin says she’s doing her best to spread cheer and make the most of losing opportunities to be a part of this year’s Tulip Time festival. Courtney is heading to the University of Northern Iowa this fall to study elementary education.
