With the cancellation of the high school spring sports season, athletes, coaches, administrators and their families are all feeling some of the effects. As a major part of society and schools, sports are often something that get taken for granted. PCM girls track and field coach Eric Karr says that he has felt the pain as a coach, and will never take another season for granted.
“I’m going to do my best to never, ever take a season for granted. People that know me and are close to me personally know the things I live for are my family. And that’s literally it. And to me, the cross country team and the track team, they are my family.”
The Mustangs were looking to make major progress this season, and will say goodbye to 10 seniors.
