Knoxville Little League announced Tuesday they have canceled the 2020 Knoxville Little League season.  According to the league, the decision was not made lightly and they are all very disappointed that they had to make this choice. The league felt that it was in the best interest of the players, volunteers, and audience to cancel practices and games in order to ensure everyone’s safety.

The league is hoping they may be able to have a fall season. However, there are many things that will have to happen in order to make that possible and the league will have to reassess the situation at that time. The league will make an official announcement if this does occur, to give people plenty of time to register.

The league is setting up refund options to all little league registrants and plan to do so in a safe, responsible manner. By the end of the week, they will notify coaches and post on social media on how the refund process will work.
