Stephen Robert Waters, age 78, of Knoxville, Iowa, passed away on Thursday, May 7, 2020. Visitation for Steve will be held on Sunday, May 10, 2020 from 2:00 P.M. – 6:00 P.M. Due to COVID 19 restrictions, Steve’s family will not be present during visitation. A private family service will be held on Monday, May 11, 2020 at the Winfield Funeral Home. Burial will follow at St. Anthony’s Cemetery. A Celebration of Life will be held on a later date at St. Anthony’s Catholic Church in Knoxville.
