The Marion County Road Department announced Friday that Old Hwy 92 from T15 to T17, including the section of T17 between Old and New 92 and 216th from Hwy 92 to the north Corporate Limit of Harvey is back to two lanes following recent pavement rehabilitation. Marion County Engineer Tyler Christian tells KNIA/KRLS news even with the road being back open to two lanes, residents are advised there will still be intermediate lane closures over the next few weeks. Christian says crews will still be conducting shoulder work and rumble strip work that could last about a week. Christian says construction has been able to progress steadily throughout Marion County as spring weather has been good so far.
