Three Indianola seniors missed out on their girls golf season this spring, with two of them ready to earn their fourth varsity letter out on the links. Maddie Hayes and Anna Marvelli were set for their senior campaigns, and Hayes tells KNIA Sports she is disappointed not to be able to compete for her senior season but there is a lot of young talent up and coming for Indianola girls golf.

“I think the program is good in the years to come. I think it is an awesome program, with a lot of girls coming out. The freshmen and sophomores are really good, so I think it will become better.”
