The seniors on the Knoxville Boys Track and Field Squad will never know what they could have done this season after it got cancelled. The distance medley relay was an event that might have placed well at the State Meet. With athletes like Kieren Nichols, Keegan Cox, Jordan Bacon, and Colton Jones in that event, Knoxville had a chance to bring home a medal. Jones tells KRLS Sports he was looking forward to seeing how that event would do at the state meet…and was impressed with all of his teammates’ preparation.

Jones:
“We were all in very good shape and progressing well. Jordan Bacon put in a lot of work in preseason and I still see him running around town. We all had great potential in that race.”
