After a two month delay, weekly racing will return to the Knoxville Raceway. The raceway announced that Saturday June sixth will be the 67th Annual Season Opener with hot laps starting at 6:45pm. Per state restrictions, the raceway will operate at 50% capacity in the grandstands and fans will have to comply with social distancing restrictions. There will also be open practice sessions on June fourth and fifth with a start time to be announced soon. Admission is free to the grandstands both nights. A full list of guidelines will be announced at knoxvilleraceway.com later this week. 94.3 and 95.3 KNIA and kniakrls.com will broadcast all sprint car race nights in 2020.
