The Webb Shadle Memorial Library’s Summer Reading Program began this past week. The program runs from now through July 29th. The program is for people of all ages and registration is not required. Reading logs are available at the front desk of the library and must be turned in by July 29th. Participants will receive prizes for participating in the program with prize pick up schedule for July 31st and August 1st. One lucky participant will win a tablet donated by Peoples Bank in Pleasantville but anyone wishing to win the tablet must have turned in their reading log and must turn in a signed permission to photograph form. Adults and young adults will also have a chance to win prizes as well.
