The Pleasantville School Board met in regular session Tuesday. The board began the meeting by  receiving a stadium and track feasibility presentation from Mike Carroll with Estes Construction.

The board approved multiple resignations, new hires and internal transfers as well a two open enrollment request for the upcoming school year. They approved a resolution approving the issuance of approximately $2,400,000 School Infrastructure Sales, Services and Use Tax Revenue Refunding Bonds for the purpose of providing funds to refund the outstanding School Infrastructure Sales, Services and Use Tax Revenue and Refunding Bonds, Series 2011.

They approved a bid for elementary school sidewalk and playground concrete from Clark Construction for $16,604 as well as approved a bid for summer painting from Blake Murray Painting for $12,500.
