A Knoxville High School alumna and the reigning Marion County Fair Queen has been named the new president of the Iowa FFA. In an announcement made by outgoing State FFA President Chandler Jahner, a Pella High School alumnus, Mickayla McGill was announced to be leading the state organization in 2020-21. McGill served as South Central State FFA Vice President for the past year.
Blake Van Der Kamp, a 2020 PCM Graduate and member of the Diamond Trail FFA, was named state reporter as well.
With the announcement, Jahner ended his term and time with the FFA after serving as president since May of 2019 (see below).
