Pella Christian High School is hosting the Class of 2020 Graduation on Saturday, June 20th at 10 a.m., with a rain time of 7 p.m. that evening. The event will be held at the football stadium on Eagle Lane. Families should park in every other space in the larger student parking lot. Families can drop off their group and chairs near the entrance to PC Stadium and then proceed to park in the student lot. Administration asks everyone participating to adhere to social distancing standards at all times.
Pella Christian has hired both a photographer and a videographer for graduation, but no live stream will be available. Instead, pictures and video will be posted at available later at no charge. Restrictions for social distancing mean that parents may not move to the front to take personal pictures. Families of graduates will be seated on the football field in PC stadium, with crowd participants bringing a lawn chair without a sharp bottom that would damage the artificial turf. Families have been assigned a section of the football field, with to 10 people allowed in a designated spot. Each spot will be designated with an orange soccer disk with the senior’s name on it.
