Ralph Stout, age 78 of Tracy, passed away on Sunday, June 14th. The funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 18th at 10:30 am at the Union Liberty Church in Bussey. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 17th from 5:00 to 7:00 pm at the church.
