The Warren County Board of Supervisors met in regular session Tuesday. The board discussed the Warren County Administration Building reopening schedule, and agreed to keep the departments open by appointment only, and agreed the building remains closed to the public until the first organizational meeting in January of 2021 when the new board would discuss the issue at that time. The supervisors meetings will begin to be partially available to the public beginning at their next regular meeting in July, and will continue to be broadcast over YouTube and Zoom.

The board reclassified portions of Beardsley St. and 135th Ave to a level C, approved an ordinance change, and changed the speed limits on several streets to 40mph to better fit with residential areas. The board also approved change orders on the Warren County Justice Center project regarding the safe entry and storm shelter areas, moving forward with a project for fiber conduit installation, wage adjustments for various county departments, and approved the use of a county vehicle for the Treasurer’s Department for driving tests.
