Following a discussion held by the Knoxville City Council regarding a potential rental inspection program, the Knoxville Chamber of Commerce has announced a Knoxville Landlord Informational Meeting will be held July 1st. The meeting will run from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. and will be held via Zoom. All Knoxville landlords are invited to attend the virtual informational meeting. City staff will explain how the program will work and to answer any questions landlords may have. The chamber advises residents that the meeting is not the time to argue for or against the program, just a time to learn more before the July 6th city council meeting.
