The Knoxville School Board met in regular session Monday. The board received a building project report from Superintendent Cassi Pearson regarding the new middle school project to which the board was able to see conceptual drawing and layouts of the new project. 

The board reviewed the district’s Return to Learn Plan for the fall as well as approved multiple proceedings for $25,460,000 General Obligation Bonds.They approved a resolution amending the issuance of bonds and levying a tax for the payment thereof adopted April 13th, 2020 as well as approved a diesel bid from Agriland FS, Inc. to continue to provide diesel for the district. The board also set the July board meeting for July 13th at 5:30 p.m.
