Knoxville School’s Superintendent and school administrators continue to monitor the weather as the Knoxville High School Graduation is set for Sunday, June 28th at the Knoxville Raceway. As of now, a chance of rain is in the forecast every day this weekend. Knoxville School’s Superintendent Cassi Pearson tells KNIA/KRLS News the district is continuously monitoring the weather forecast and she says currently the graduation ceremony is set for Sunday at 5 p.m. but if the forecast is better at the beginning of the day the district could push up the start of the ceremony. She says the district will make an announcement Friday if the ceremony time is changed. Pearson says graduation festivities are open to the public and there is no limit on the number of people who can attend.
