Thursdays in Pella returned to Central Park this week after the cancellation of June festivities.
The theme for the first evening was Capes and Tiaras and was hosted by Families First of Pella. Activities included booths from Families First, the annual Bike Rodeo, Union Street Players, Christian Opportunity Center, Historic Pella Trust, the Pella Public Library Book Bike, Pella Food Shelf, Mothers of Preschoolers, the Marion County Republicans and more.

Triumph Martial Arts, Pella princesses Anna and Elsa, a community hero recognition, and a performance by the Sully Big Band were all held on the Tulip Toren. The KNIA/KRLS Lil’ Big Red Radio will be sharing updates and playing music every Thursdays in Pella this summer. The theme of next Thursday’s event is “MOVE IT! MOVE IT!” (see photos below)
