The Twin Cedars Softball Squad will play Diagonal on Wednesday night in the class 1A regional quarterfinals. The Maroons pounded Mormon Trail 12-0 on Monday night to get the right to play the second seeded Sabers. The Sabers already have a win over Diagonal this season, a 15-0 victory on June 30th when Twin Cedars posted ten runs in the fourth inning to put the game on ice. Should the Sabers win, they would get either Central Decatur or Stanton in the regional semi-final on Friday which would be at Twin Cedars.
