fair-2020

The 2020 Marion County Fair is scheduled to begin tomorrow. In June it was announced that all entertainment has been postponed until 2021. The fair is proceeding with the livestock portion of the fair as planned, however,  they are also offering a “show and go” option to any exhibitor that chooses as a way to help keep people socially distant and safe.

All rules around the Livestock Shows will remain the same, unless exhibitors chose to go with the “show and go” option, then they will be required to weigh their animals in the night before the show day at 5:00pm.

All “show and go” exhibitors will be required to have health papers for their animals PRIOR to showing up at the fairgrounds.

Stay tuned to KNIA/KRLS as we provide updates for each day of the 2020 Marion County Fair.
